About CTAC

The Corporate Training & Assessment Centre (CTAC) is dedicated to providing organisations with the tools to enhance the quality and performance of their people, while at the same time helping these organisations build work environments of trust and mutual benefit.

To achieve this mission, CTAC provides a range of corporate training and psychometric assessment services that are relevant to all organisations at a price that all can afford.

The corporate training events are unique, large-scale programmes targeted at educating, challenging, motivating and changing people. These programmes offer meaningful solutions and materials for attendees.

The Assessment Team

The assessment team at CTAC has been conducting psychological assessments of individuals and groups of people for many years. These tools have been used to help identify appropriate candidates for employment (both external and internal), facilitate the resolution of organisational conflicts, enhance team building and aid in addressing many other human resource issues.
